  1. Movie Critic Challenge — Watch the 30 most influential or best rated movies of all time. Start with the most viewed ones and then go down the list whether you think you will like the movie or not. There’s bound to be a lot to learn every day.
  2. Happiness Challenge — For 30 days do solely what brings you happiness. If you can take time off work for this, do it, otherwise do only what makes you happy outside your work day for 30 days. If you do not know what to do then start with the first best thing and change as soon as you find something better.
  3. Hard Work Challenge — See how much work you can complete in 30 days. If you really put your mind, attention, heart and soul to it, how much could you truly produce? It will likely be more than you expect.
  4. Cooking Challenge — Cook a new, different meal every day for 30 days. This will be a bit cost intensive if you do it right, but can be an amazing gourmet experience especially if you have not cooked before.
  5. Electronic-Fast Challenge — 30 Days. No Electronics. That means no phone, no PC, no TV, no lights. I recommend doing this one in a summer month to be able to rise and fall asleep with the sun.
