- Improve on something every day. Pick some skill and work on it every day. Only through consistent work will you ever master anything. Remember that it takes 10,000 Hours Minimum to become a Master at anything!
- Read more Books. The average person reads 4 books a year. The average successful person reads 50. Notice the difference and bridge the gap for yourself.
- Meditate Daily. Meditation has been shown, through psychological studies, to offer help in a vast variety of mental health problems as well as reduce stress drastically. (The Science of Meditation)
- Leave your comfort zone Often. Challenge yourself and learn from more difficult problems instead of doing the same thing over and over again. Nothing new ever happens inside your comfort zone.
- Always do what you said you would. Keep your integrity and discipline at a very high level. This is your life and you owe it to yourself to see things through.
- Do what matters, not what is easy. Do the one thing that will make the most dramatic change to your life, regardless of how difficult it may be. At the end the difficulty will always seem worth it.
