  1. No Implementation Habits. Learning the subjects is one thing, but if you do not actually implement what you learn then why did you learn it in the first place? Without this you will not create a reason to learn in the future and will be more likely to avoid it entirely.
  2. Habitual Electronic Use. It’s fine to use your cell phone or computer if you have something to look up or research, but if you are habitually looking at it then it is but an addiction that will distract you and remove any chance of getting into a true sense of flow.
  3. Poor Sleeping Habits. During sleep your mind transfers information from the short-term to long-term memory. Sleep is necessary. Do not miss out on it especially if you want to learn.
  4. Poor Health Habits. A healthy mind is required for you to learn at your full potential. If you treat your body poorly by not exercising, eating a lot of fatty foods and drinking a lot of alcohol, you will have to deal with the consequences. Your mind uses 20% of the resources you give your body. Make sure they are good otherwise it suffers the most.
  5. Arrogance. Unless you know where you are weak you will never even attempt to improve that area. Arrogance, Pride, and being too self-confident only blind you to the areas you should improve upon.
  6. No Real Rest
