- Scheduling Your Days — Master your time, master your day. Master your day, master your life. Spend some time each night to schedule the next 2 days.
- Doing Regular Exercise — Strength and Cardio are crucial to elevate your physical energy. Without this you will always be limited in what you can do; or bound to coffee and energy drinks. 2 days of strength training, 1 day of cardio, 1 day of rest. Rinse and repeat.
- Reading A Book A Month At Least- What you can do is always limited by what you know. You cannot do something if you do not know it exists or that it is even possible. Reading allows you to learn more than any other medium, from people that have vastly different knowledge, creating a sea of possibilities.
- Improving So You Progress — Progress is the key to happiness, not achievements. As long as you do the tasks that allow you to move forward it won’t matter if you reach it. Have goals as excuses to go on journeys that bring challenges for you to overcome and to create a feeling of progress. Try to intentionally improve in everything you do.
