- You learn to be a better friend to yourself. You become your own best friend that is honest, direct, caring, and, most importantly, the one that does not allow you to get away with petty excuses.
- It makes you more accepting of yourself. You can only change, improve and appreciate what you accept is there.
- You will be able to exert more control over yourself and your life. Higher self-awareness, sense of self and acceptance of oneself, leads to more opportunities to exert control.
- It breaks your limitations. There are things that you can do that you do not believe you can right now.
- You will rise above those around you and who you used to be. This progress will fill you with pride and possibility.
- It opens your eyes to better challenges. As you rise above your old self you will come to realize that you can keep rising. Your mind will start to automatically look for opportunities to do just that.
- You will see some things as less important. In light of your development towards a bigger picture, the small things that used to bother you won’t affect you that much.
