  1. Running Around Screaming — Everyone thinks something is wrong when you do this as an adult, but it felt so freeing as a child. Releasing all that energy without a care in the world was fun!
  2. Playing Hide And Seek — When you find a child hiding in your bushes and it proclaims it’s playing hide and seek, you smile and walk away. When it is an adult you call the police.
  3. Going On Playgrounds — To be fair, you can still go there as an adult… But somehow the slides, monkey bars and swings aren’t what they used to be… When is someone going to make playgrounds for adult-sized children?!
  4. Not Doing Anything Productive And Feeling Good About It— This is considered “a waste of time” as an adult, but when we were kids we used to have fun no matter what. In fact, we didn’t even know what “productive” meant. We just did what came to our minds and it was freeing!
  5. Being Fearless — As children we climbed trees, tried crazy stunts, got hurt, and did another crazy stunt as soon as we felt better. As adults we do not even attempt these things anymore because we are too scared to.
  6. Finding The Joy In Everything — No matter where you took a child, they always looked for a way to have fun. It was more important than anything else and, as long as they were allowed to, they had fun! Having grown up it…
