11 Relationship Tips For A Romantic Companionship

  1. Communicate Everything — They may not like some of the things you want to talk about, but the mark of a great relationship is working together on everything, including the concerns, worries, fears and things you do not like.
  2. Be On The Same Team — You are both there to gain more happiness out of life. This is a process you are embarking on together. It is not you against them, but both of you with each other against the world.
  3. Give Because You Want To, Not Because You Have To — This basically means that you should randomly give, help, aid, or support your partner. If you are truly on the same team this will benefit you both each time you do it, which means there should not be a reason not to do it.
  4. Never Expect Anything — Remember that neither of you are responsible for the others happiness. You both want to help each other out, want to make the other happier and want to be happier yourself, but that is not obligatory. If they make you happier; awesome! But never rely on it.
  5. Take Care Of Yourself First — Relationships amplify what is already there. If you are miserable, a relationship will make you even more miserable because it will give you more reasons to be miserable. If you go into the relationship already happy with no need for your partner to make you happy, they will increase…
