- Change The Self-Talk — Through things like Confirmation Bias and Self-fulfilling Prophecies it is much more likely that whatever we tell ourselves we will keep around. If we think we are not worthy of a good life our mind will try to support that belief; be it true or not.
- Start With Habits — 3 Things at 5 Minutes a day is enough to get life back on track. The amount of time is not important, nor is it important what you do in that time but that you spend the time on something. It is the action itself that is important for it builds the core of all habits.
- Reflect Every Day — What went well? What did not? Why or why not? Analyze your life to the point where you know what works for you, what makes you happy, fulfilled, productive and all those things that do not. You have experienced enough to know yourself, you just haven’t paid attention.
- Go Outside — Ideally you have a purpose to exit your home each and every day. Something that gets you doing things, be it the gym, friends, hobbies or something else.
- Find Better People — Re-evaluate the people you spend your time with. How many of them push you to be better? How many of them are where you want to be? And how many of them just drag you down? Ruthlessly cut the people that do not increase the quality of your life and spend your…
