12 Daily Things That Boost Your Confidence

- You Do Not Need A Reason — You can be confident just by choosing to be so. Every day. Simply make an active choice and decide that today you will be confident, even if you have no reason for it at all.
- Overcommit & Overdeliver On Everything — When you commit to a goal, plan or action, whether it be to yourself or others, make sure you commit to more than what you think you can do and then do more than you said you would do. Push yourself past your limits with at least one thing every day.
- Hold Yourself To The Highest Standard — You need to do this for you, not for anyone else. You owe it to yourself to be your best.
- Improve Your Life — Improve every area of your life, not just your job or home life. Improve your physical body, mental health, finances, relationship and every other area. The more reasons you have to be confident the better; for even if you do not need them they are nice bonuses to have.
- Face A Fear — Be it a giant one or a small discomfort, say “Yes” to it and face it. Know that Courage is not the absence of fear but the ability to overcome it.
- Reward Yourself Often — Look back at your past and realize you have already done incredible things. Then look again at this day and realize you have done amazing things today as well. Reward yourself for a job well…
