  1. No Video Games — They just took way too much time for way too little joy. This time can be far better used in almost anything else.
  2. Leaving Toxic People right away — They’re rarely worth it. Investing the same time into finding people that encourage you is way more worth it.
  3. Working only on what matters — I did a thousand different things. 99% of which turned out to just be time-sinks, nothing more.
  4. Being Bolder — I was so afraid of failing that I tried to work around everything that scared me. Trying to be braver would lead to more scary situations, but I’d be way further than I am now if I had tried.
  5. Training, Working & Playing Harder — Generally just investing more of myself into life results in higher rewards.
  6. Saying “No” more often — Either it’s a definite ‘YEAH’ or a ‘No’. Follow that principle. It will save you a lot of heartache.
  7. Doing the few important, but uncomfortable things — The rest just doesn’t matter, even though it’s uncomfortable as hell. I knew what I had to do but rarely did it when it would have been best.
  8. Throwing caution to the wind — It’s surprising how much you can do and accomplish if you just say “Ah! Screw it!”
  9. Keeping the Bigger
