12 Things To Do To Regain Yourself After A Mistake

- Take Responsibility — You are where you are and right now nothing is going to change that. Take responsibility and act to go where you want to go! No matter what happened in your past none of that matters now as you cannot change it. Take a deep breath and move forward with the time you have left.
- Hold Your Head High — Psychology has shown that the embodiment theory works. Acting like you are confident, certain, self-assured will make you feel that way. So hold your head high, puff out your chest and act like who you want to be.
- Act Every Day — The only way to regain your life, composure, dignity or whatever else you lost is by acting to become the person you want to be or towards the life you want to live. 5 Minutes a day is enough, but is also a must. Stop waiting for life to give you what you need and get it yourself.
- Go For Gold — Shoot for exactly what you want and do what is necessary to get there. It is the progress to our real goals that makes us feel amazing. Focus on what truly matters to you and shoot for it exactly, for you will not be happy with a lesser goal even if you do reach it.
