  1. Happiness — Everything leads there in the end anyway if you think about it.
  2. Integrity — Do what you say you would, especially if you only say it to yourself.
  3. Companionship — Be that in Romance, friendship or with your family. Allow yourself to be vulnerable enough to form deep bonds.
  4. Experiences — Be they adrenaline filled sports, travel experiences that take your breath away, or simply a nice night out with friends. It is the experiences, not the things, that will shape your life.
  5. Love — Anyone can love, be loved and is already loved. Share more love and you will receive more.
  6. Closeness — Hugs, Kisses, Sex, Cuddling, Vulnerability, and sharing life and love itself.
  7. Purpose — While it is true that there is no point to life, that also means you can do whatever you want and create your own.
  8. Passion — In love, in work, in cooking, joy, with friends, family and with yourself. Invest in each and every moment and create a passion for life itself.
  9. Humor — Laugh about the problems, for they will be gone tomorrow. Laugh about the world, for it will be different tomorrow. And, most importantly, laugh about yourself for you will also change.
  10. Kindness — One Act of Random Kindness can change the world. Maybe not the world, but someone’s world.
  11. Dreams — Never give up on those things that matter to you. Your dreams are worth pursuing just because they are your dreams. Give them an honest chance with everything you’ve got.
  12. Health — A healthy body and a healthy mind are needed to get the most out of everything else mentioned here.
  13. Challenges — These are the experiences that make you grow. Exit your comfort zone. Face the world. Rise above who you were the day before.
  14. Peace Of Mind — Let go of drama, remove negative people and activities from your life, meditate and find love for yourself.
  15. Pleasure — Be that in physical pleasures, experiences or activities. You are alive now so enjoy it and reward yourself with some of the pleasures life has to offer. After all, it’s stressful enough and you do enough to deserve them.
  16. Freedom — Pursue a freedom of your finances by making enough money to not need to work. Pursue freedom of your thoughts by meditating enough to be in control. And pursue freedom from yourself so that you can be who you want to be without holding anything back. Live Free.
