- Meditation — 10 Minutes a day calm you and flush out most negatives.
- Complimenting Others — The nice gesture will boost your mood as well.
- Nuke Negative Notions — Every negative thought should be blasted with so much positivity that it stands no chance.
- Take Your Time — In answering and conversations especially, for it is a sign of power.
- Have A Purpose To Your Actions — Move as though you are too busy for distractions and others will reflect the confidence to you they perceive you to have.
