22 Quick Secrets To More Confidence

  1. Nothing — Simply choosing the be confident is far more powerful than you think, even if you have no Reason at all.
  2. ‘I Love You’ — Look in the mirror, say those three words, repeat it three times each time louder than the last.
  3. Building The Belief — You’ve shown confidence plenty of times in the past and have more examples of that than you give yourself credit for.
  4. Break A Sweat — Allow your natural hormones to work for you.
  5. Expand — As per the Embodiment Theory take up more space with your body language when you sit, stand and walk.
  6. Meditation — 10 Minutes a day calm you and flush out most negatives.
  7. Complimenting Others — The nice gesture will boost your mood as well.
  8. Nuke Negative Notions — Every negative thought should be blasted with so much positivity that it stands no chance.
  9. Take Your Time — In answering and conversations especially, for it is a sign of power.
  10. Have A Purpose To Your Actions — Move as though you are too busy for distractions and others will reflect the confidence to you they perceive you to have.
  11. Maintain Eye Contact — Do this 1 more second than you feel comfortable with, to a maximum of 7 seconds.
