27 Tiny Habits That You Can Use To Improve Your Life

  1. Practice Gratitude — Find something every day that you legitimately feel thankful for.
  2. ‘Hell Yeah’ or ‘No’ — Start saying ‘No’ to everything you are not 100% committed to. If you are not able to stand behind your decision you’ll live to regret it.
  3. Wake up early — The feeling of getting a lot done before the rest of the world wakes up beats anything you do late at night.
  4. Practice Positive Self Talk — There is a ton of Psychology on this proving the positive benefit this has.
  5. Meditate — Even if it’s just 5 minutes, take some time to be with yourself and relax. There is too much stress in the day. Give yourself an actual break rather than another distraction.
  6. Stretch — You have been sitting too long. Stand up for a second and stretch, going through all your muscles. Do this at least once every 2–3 hours.
  7. Drink more Water — Add another 1–2L (Maximum of 5L) to your daily consumption. You will feel more energetic and fit throughout the day!
  8. Dress Better — Not so you feel overdressed, but slightly better than the situation calls for. Be comfortable and then add a little more flare. This is for you more than anyone else.
