#1: One Thing At A Time

Many of us want to get a lot done during these times.

We push ourselves to make the best of it, but that only increases our stress.

If you are locked at home the best thing to do is to take things just one step at a time.

The world is moving a lot slower nowadays and people are justifyingly upset about a lot of things.

If you let that frustration get to you however, you will just spiral deeper into it.

Take a Deep Breath.

You are not going to change the world today; nor are you going to make everything happen right away.

The world will take it’s time to recover, but we will be okay.

Somehow things will continue.

They will change, yes, but they will continue.

So take a breath, figure out what you can do today to make things a little better, and leave the rest to evolve on its own.

#2: Schedule Your Time

The worst thing you can do while working from home and being locked up is to expect yourself to be accountable.
