4 Habits of Students With Strong Memories

When I was in college I was always an average student compared to the people around me.

While I did go to all the extra classes, got a decent GPA and studied Psychology in Germany (for which you need at least a 1.5 GPA or a 3.5 in the USA), the people studying next to me where much smarter.

Every time I sat in class I had to ask my class mates for help understanding the content and they always seemed like they had no trouble at all learning it.

Over time this became very annoying to them and to me as well, for I always felt like I could not do things on my own.

Eventually I got sick and tired of being the one always asking for help and not knowing anything, which is when I asked them to teach me how they learned.

I learned how to study effectively from people smarter than myself, how to remember what I learned and what the most efficient way to study really is.

Here are the key points I learned from all of them:

1. Start Early.

The reason most of them were able to seem like they already studied this content for months was often because they did.
