  1. You Do Not Know Your Why → Given that you believe you have to study but may get tired after a short period of time I believe that your ‘why’, your reason, is not strong enough. I am guessing you want to study hard so you can get good grades, which will lead you to a great diploma which may lead you to a great job, but what does that exactly mean to you? How will that job affect your life? How will it change everything? How will your life get better? How will you feel every day? How will that dream life look like?
Spend some time to answer these questions for yourself. When you find a strong enough reason, that you can reference every time you do not want to work hard, it will make things a lot easier. Everything you are doing right now is for the sake of that dream life. Every minute of studying counts towards that, and the more you do, the closer you will get, doesn’t that sound totally worth it?
  2. You Are Forcing It → Studying should not be insanely hard, and even though it may not feel like it, you are probably forcing too much out of yourself. I am guessing you probably block multiple hours worth of time to study, and then when you work for thirty minutes you think about how much you still have in front of you and you become discouraged. Instead, why not block 15 minutes of time and then see how you are doing?
    Always focus just on what…
