5 Ways To Rise Above All Odds

#1 — Drop The Negative Mentality.

The first thing you need to do is to get in a great mood. We make countless mistakes when we are unhappy and come from a point of scarcity. Bringing yourself down with words like “good for nothing”, “worthless” or “unlovable” does nothing for you. It only makes you feel worse about yourself and adds more negativity to your life. Think about it, when are you more productive: when you are happy and excited about life? Or when you are stressed out and depressed?

Drop the negative mentality and start being positive. Say that you can do it, believe in yourself, affirm your actions and add positive self-talk to your life. Doing so not only makes you happier but it even restructures your brain to be more happy!

#2 — Start Working Now.

Nothing comes from sitting around and waiting. You will not get to be the best you can be by waiting. It will take a lot of work and you will have to start putting it in now or else you will keep pushing it off forever. The reason this is so important is not because you will change drastically, but rather, because the tiny changes that have to occur will take a long time for you to make.

In Golf a 1 millimeter swing-difference can account for a hole-in-one or getting the ball out in a sand dune. And just like that our thoughts also…
