1. Sleeping.

The best way to sleep is getting 6–8 hours every night (for those morning-people that means go to bed early) and sleeping on your back or on your side:

2. Eating an Apple.

I know, seems pretty odd thing you have been doing wrong, but the best way to eat an apple is doing it top to bottom! Remove the stem right away and start where the stem is, removing the seeds once you get to them. You can eat the entire apple this way.

3. Tying your Shoe.
