6 Steps To Finding Yourself Again
#1 — Be Emotional.
Most of us get stuck in life because we do not have the will to change (at least not enough to do so) and because we do not allow our emotions full expression.
We minimize the lows, and by doing that, rob ourselves of the true highs.
For in dampening one side, we also dampen the other.
This is why so few of us truly change, and why the only ones that do speak of “life-changing moments” with tears and emotions that they often never wish on anybody else.
Life-changing moments only happen through tremendous amount of willpower or emotions so strong that they lead to action.
Which means that if your willpower was not enough so far, you need to get emotional first.
In a stage where you feel lost this means either forgetting you are lost and focusing on happiness instead or allowing that state of being lost to truly hurt and make you miserable enough to cry and change.
Either way, the emotion needs to be strong.
My suggestion, therefore, is to either take time off for a while or to dive deep into what brought you here.
