6 Things I Wish I Could Tell Myself When I Was 22

1. Allow Yourself To Be Vulnerable.

I know you want to pretend to be strong to make yourself feel better but that’s not what’s truly going on inside.

Stop judging yourself so hard for what you feel and be more honest and upfront with your feelings instead. It gives you far more options to change those feelings into what you want them to be.

2. Grind. No. Matter. What.

There will come those days where you do not feel like doing anything.

Everything will suck, you will not feel motivated, and you’ll even think that there is no point to the work you do.

It’s in those moments that you should try even harder and work even more, because what matters at the end is what you did, not how you felt about it.

I know it sucks. Bear with it and step through it. It’s so much sweeter on the other side.
