7 Habits That Can Completely Change Your Life

Break Down your Day — Get the most out of the 24 hours you have. Break down as many aspects of your day as you can, habitualize them and make it easy on yourself and do one thing at a time.

Take Time Off — Purposefully take time to do nothing. Literally. Sit on the couch and just stay in silence, let your mind truly rest. Take time off to really feel rested. Do this at least once a day.

Look at what you CAN do not at what you can’t — There are dozens if not hundreds or thousands of things you cannot change. Let them go. What can you do about your situation right now? You are here. The time is now. What can you do? Get into the habit of thinking about everything this way.

Change one Thought about yourself — What is the most limiting, BS thought you have about yourself? Make sure that you annihilate that thought whenever it shows up. These thoughts will annihilate you if you don’t make this a habit otherwise.

Optimize — What is the 1 inch you can go more today than you did yesterday? That one activity, that one push, that one thing that optimizes your life by just a tiny margin?

Invest more than you feel comfortable investing — You will fail, but it will help you grow. Allow yourself to invest as much as you can! Yes, it will not always be good, but the more you invest the higher your potential to receive something out of it.

Tracking your Results — At the end of the day ask yourself “What did I do? What did I accomplish? How happy am I really?” It’s that which really matters. If you are not getting the results you want to gain you must change the actions you do.
