  1. Going in Debt for the first best thing — Too young, too quick, everything needs to happen straight-away, and so many young people go out, go in debt for the first best degree, the first best house, the first best car, never having truly sat down to think about it.
  2. Not Experimenting Enough — The truth is life is ever-changing, and unless you make mistakes, take risks, experiment with jobs, relationships and hobbies, you will never truly know yourself. Fall on your face. You have plenty of time to stand back up.
  3. Listening to People who only Preach — They listen to those in unhappy jobs about which job to take, to those in unhappy relationships about relationship advice and to those without money on how to make money. See the flaw there?
  4. Staying Inconsistent — There are so many things that, if they just stick with now, they’ll be so proud of in the future. The problem is too many people switch too often on things just because they get hard. Stick with some things, experiment with others, but always have a few things you do each and every day. They will lead you to reap phenomenal rewards.
  5. Not giving it their All — They get by in school, in their job and in their relationship. This causes a self-fulfilling prophecy in which they never get what they want because they never try…
