- Wake Up Really Early — Most people get more stuff done in the morning than they do at night, and even if you are not a morning person, you can learn to become one.
- Say ‘No’ More Often — We say ‘yes’ to so many things that we forget to prioritize ourselves sometimes. Saying ‘No’ every once in a while, and not doing what you are “expected” to do to have time to do other things you love, is not a bad thing.
- Set Up A Strong Morning Routine — Pick 2–3 things you really want to do every day and do them consistently (every day of the week). They should include 1 active thing at the beginning to wake you up, 1 thing you really enjoy to keep you motivated, and 1 work related thing (Ideally, the hardest one) to get your day started strong.
- Meditate Daily — The entire Internet is full of positive reasons why you should do this. Health benefits, stress reduction, a more positive outlook on life, an increased self-awareness and overall well-being are just some of the things meditation can do for you.
- Do Some Physical Activity Every Day — Ideally, you want to break a sweat every day. This releases endorphins and feel good hormones, benefits your health, and increases your energy in the long run, giving you more time and motivation to do those things that are important to you.
