7 Steps To Finding Your Path In Life
3 min readDec 3, 2021
At any walk of life, re-inventing yourself or finding yourself for the first time always goes through the same steps.
I have helped a lot of people change their lives so far.
Be they students in their 20s, people working for their retirement in their 60s, CEOs, Business Owners, Doctors, Lawyers, Engineers, Coaches or people who have no idea what they want to do yet.
No matter who they are the process is always the same.
- Finding Out What You Want — Most often this is easier said than done, but still needs to be done. You do not have to figure out everything, but you must figure out something. One things is good enough to get started.
- Create Habits — For each thing that you want you should create at least one habit that would, given an infinite amount of time, get you to that goal.
- Seriousness > Amount — It is always better to start small so you can remain serious about the process. Pick 3 things you want, the 3 most important ones given your view right now, and then create 1–3 habits for each of these things. Then do them every single day no matter what.
- Start Small — 5 Minutes a day per habit is enough. Do not commit to more at first. You can do more, but you win when you do those 5 minutes.
