  1. Read 5+ Minutes A Day — Just learn something, even if it is a little trick for the day. 5 minutes a day is already over 30 hours. You can learn a lot in 30 hours.
  2. Find A Way To Laugh — Watch some stand-up comedy, look at random jokes, or be a bit goofy with friends. Whatever you need to do to get an honest laugh.
  3. Meditation — You really only feel the effect once you’ve meditated for months and then stopped for a good amount of time. The amount of stress that comes back in your life realizes how effective meditating really is.
  4. Saying “Screw It!”Dishes dirty? Screw it lets do them really quick! Not wanting to take a break even though you know you should? Screw it lets take it really quick! Nervous about that important call you need to make? Screw it lets just punch in the number and call right now!
It’s amazing how much actually gets done when you stop caring.
  5. “No” — Two letters, one word, a lifetime of benefits. Take responsibility for the way you spend your time and set an intention. When the situation asks you to do something you do not agree with or leads you somewhere you don’t want to go say “No!”
Say “No” to family, friends and everything you can that makes you unhappy. You’ll feel a lot better when you’re honest with yourself.
