8 30-Day Challenges That Can Change Your Life in 2025

  1. Drink 4 Liters of Water every day — The bathroom breaks will become a lot more frequent but therefore your energy and vitality will increase dramatically as well. Try this for 7 days and you will already see the difference, 30 days for the really motivated individuals.
  2. Wake up between 4–5 a.m. — Wake up incredibly early for a month. You may not think it gives you a lot of benefits but there is a reason almost every single successful person does this. Find out why; Test it yourself!
  3. Do not listen to/read any news for 30 days — The challenge is to ignore everything that is going on and come back afterwards to see how much you actually missed. You will find that the biggest thing you missed was the negativity these news present.
  4. Avoid all sugar — You are not dependent on the foods you think you are. Dieting, becoming a vegetarian or going vegan is relatively easy. Try it out by avoiding sugar for 30 days. (Some similar 30-day challenges are here: Life/Change — YouTube)
  5. Exercise harder than you think you can — Do not add more weight but add more reps and sets to your routine, jog for longer or swim a couple more laps in the pool. For the next week/month only start counting when it actually hurts.
