8 Easy Ways To Get The Most Out Of Your Time

- Find A Goal More Important Than Procrastination — This can be something more fun or better for you. Either way, it should inspire you, motivate you, or make you want to spend time there.
- Set Time Aside For Procrastination — Instead of falling into the time wasters, make them specific and calculated. Put them in your control by setting a time of day and an amount of time you will waste aside each day. For this period just waste time.
- Start Early — Ideally, as soon as you are out of bed start with what you want to do. You do not have to do it all day, but just get an hour in before breakfast. That way you start your day off on the right foot.
- Take Frequent, Small Breaks — Instead of trying to spend 8+ hours productively, try to just do it for however long you feel like. Spend some time on the activities you want, and, when you do not feel inspired, motivated or like you want to do it any longer, take a break. Just make sure the break remains short; 1–5 minutes. After that break start again.
- Stay Bored — If you find yourself taking too many breaks in a row, then stop and just stay bored. It is in trying to flee from boredom that you procrastinate.
