8 Ways Successful People Keep Tiredness From Stopping Them

  1. Take Naps — If they still need to produce but they absolutely cannot stay awake they will take a nap in the middle of the day. Usually this is anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes. If they need more time 90 minutes is needed as otherwise you will wake up during a deep sleep phase.
  2. Accept It — This is what most of them do. Most successful people have learned to push through the feeling of tiredness. This, obviously, took a lot of willpower before they learned it. What they do keep in the back of their mind when they do this is that they need to recharge sometime soon. Most will know that if they work through 1 or at most 2 nights, they will crash the next day. If that is worth it they will do it, but they are aware of what happens to them and the consequences of their actions. Tiredness is not something that immediately goes away, but not something that must stop them either.
  3. Take A Walk — Fresh Air, Water, Nature. This is another thing they do to get a break from it all. Most feelings of tiredness originate from your mind, not your body. Giving your mind a rest while keeping your body active avoids falling asleep while recharging at least a bit.
  4. Keep A Solid Routine — To prevent tiredness they keep a solid, important evening and morning routine. These are the same every day, including the weekend…
