9 Life Lessons I Learned In 2020

  1. You do not have to go through this alone — It’s not that people do not want to help, it’s that they have no idea you need any help. You do not have to go through this alone. But you do have to be willing to ask first.
  2. Your Happiness is on You — Especially during these times it’s made clear that anything can happen at any time. How we view that and react to this is up to us. Many people have despaired, but some have also risen to the occasion.
  3. Life is Never Certain — Everything can change in a heartbeat. What you thought of as safe is suddenly not something you can rely upon anymore. That is why it’s best to stack your deck with as many powerful cards as possible.
  4. The End of your Comfort Zone is where the Magic Happens — You are not as limited by your circumstances as you think you are. What limits you far more is your own self-doubts.
  5. Living a Balanced Life is Hard — It’s not something that you can just decide to follow. It takes dedication, practice and, most of all, responsibility to live a life that suits who you are; and it’s always under construction.
  6. Life is not Fair — It is not unfair either though. In fact, life has nothing to do with being fair or unfair. Some people lead amazing lives but consider it a pain, while others live awful lives and consider it amazing. Stop looking
