- Stop Being Used By Social Media — By using Social Media you are comparing your entire life to the highlight reel of others, and no matter how great your life is, it is going to be rough to compete with a highlight reel! Your life will have ups and downs, but the downs never show up on any Social Media.
- Upgrade Everything — Do a little more in every area of your life. Send out one more message to a friend, do five more push-ups, spend five more minutes working hard at work, and meditate more intentionally. Keep doing what you are already doing with just a little more zest and you will already feel a difference.
- Do More Things That Are Valuable — Go volunteering, learn for a job that would be worthwhile, write a book, help someone out, make some music, and pat yourself on the back for having done something valuable. Ask yourself what you deem worthwhile and then go out and do more of that.
- Increase Your Competency — Learn. Learn! Learn!!! Read one book after another, watch video tutorials, get a mentor, discuss the topics with other people and so on and so forth! You should spend at least 1 hour a day just learning more. The more you learn the more options you create, and with more options comes a higher chance of feeling better.
