Imagine a weight on a chain.

That weight gets heavier the more you try to push your life.

Each area of your life is one link on that chain.

To pull a large weight you must improve every link or the chain will break.

Right now your life supports a certain weight, if you want to increase the weight you must strengthen every link in the chain.

Only when it is balanced can you improve your life overall.

That being said, here are my best tips, both general and specific:

Procrastination Tips

  • Divide And Conquer → Do not try to study or work for 10 hours at a time, you will not make it. Instead focus on the next 5 minutes, on a little chunk of time. Divide the task up and conquer one time-interval at a time.
  • Make Time For Distractions → Distractions come from desires, and if you always deny your desires you will live an unhappy, stressful life. Want to watch a certain movie? Make time for it at the end of the day! Still need to go grocery shopping? Schedule it when you need to. Make time for everything as soon as you think about it and you will stop thinking about it.
  • Connect To A Bigger Purpose → Do not work just for the salary but…
