The best routine that helped me in being productive and focusing is very simple and does not need a lot to become habitual.
What helped me the most were 3 simple steps:
- Get Up At A Very Early Time — Preferably a time where it is still dark outside and most people are not up yet. Something between 5 and 6 in the morning or earlier.
