- Improve A Skill — Learn something new and improve upon it. There must be some skills you have not mastered yet that you always wanted to. Stick with one of these skills for an hour a day for thirty days and see what happens.
- Challenge yourself — Go outside and talk to strangers, train for a marathon or try some comfort zone challenges. Anything that gets you out and into some new situations.
- Beat A Limiting Belief — Ask yourself what it is that you think is true about yourself that limits you and then try your best to fight that belief. If you can beat a couple fears and/or beliefs that hold you back you´ll go much further!
- Make A Plan — Attack a project with a clearly defined plan. Or, better yet, make one for your life goals. What do you want to really achieve during your lifetime? By when do you think you can get it? What do you need to do by then? Take your time to plan this out in the most detail you can and then attack it with all you got.
- Read More — There are so many amazing books on self-improvement, on leading a better life, on psychology, biology, physics, math, art and about every other topic of interest you can think of! Learn on your own time for once and just pick up a textbook or a non-fiction book and learn a little!
