  1. Learn — Not just school or college, but keep learning beyond both or either.
    - Read a book a week.
    - Improve on a Skill for 30 Minutes a day.
    - Learn from, watch, read about or listen to people that are where you want to get to in life as much as possible.
  2. Be Courageous — Life is full of opportunities that slip past us because we do not have the courage to take them.
    - “You Can Fail at What You Don’t Want, So You Might as Well Take a Chance on Doing What You Love” — Jim Carrey
    - It’s the moments that they do not take that people regret; not the ones they do.
  3. Take Responsibility — Your life is your Responsibility; As unfair as it may seem sometimes.
    - Save or learn to invest your Money. It is the best responsibility, outside health, you can take for your future.
    - Take care of your health. Regular exercise, a mostly healthy diet, and a good amount of water and fresh air.
    - But also notice your Emotions and make sure you have fun along the way.
  4. Think — By just sitting down and thinking about what you want, how well your week went, or what you can do better tomorrow every day you will outdo most of the self-improvement learning.
    - Take 15 Minutes to reflect on your day. Look for Improvements on good things and bad ones.
    - Find 3 things you are proud of every day.
