- Keep Doing Motivating Things — Don’t stop when you feel motivated once and keep doing what works for you!
— Listen to motivating music while working.
— Watch more motivational videos.
— Get excited every chance you can get. - Take A Break — It’s okay to take a break if you feel completely unmotivated. Just as long as you try again and don’t get lost in the break.
— Come back to what you were doing often and give it an honest try every couple of minutes. You don’t have to stay with it long, but at least try. - 3, 2, 1, Go — Don’t think. As soon as you think you lost. Just countdown and move. Put all your focus and attention on making your body move and ignore all the reasons, doubts and justifications.
- Keep Going When Your Motivation Falters — Motivation is only there to get you started. The longer you can keep going without thinking about quitting the longer you will keep the illusion that you are still motivated.
- Stay With The Unmotivated Feeling — Don’t run and hide from the reasons and stay with it for a bit. Find out a bit more about yourself so you can handle being unmotivated.
- LAUGH — Smile, laugh and be happy that you even get to be motivated in the first place! Feel good about what you have and you will feel more motivated.
