You are You.

Insert Victory & Cheering Noises here.

At first this may sound incredibly cliché but the thing is that this is really the best way to answer the question.

We often like to answer this question when others pose it by generalizing who we are.

We list of characteristics, explain our job description or describe what our favorite activities are, such as going hiking, hitting the gym or being someone that likes massages.

The thing is, that that does not even begin to scratch the surface of who we are.

Depending on the situation, our mood and our intention we change who we are in a heartbeat.

We might be a teacher to some, a student to others, a son, daughter, coach, engineer, swimmer, athlete, a runner, couch potato, a movie junkie, movie critic, high performer, artist, musician…

And we could say the same thing about our personality.

We are nice, caring, giving, humble, smart, loving, kind, courageous, creative, powerful, and at other times, or to other people, selfish, arrogant, mean, dumb, careless, cowardly or weak.

We are all of these things, not all at once, but all are a part of who are.
