Are You On The Wrong Career Path?

Some people are on the wrong path.

When they walk this path often feel burned out much quicker than others because everything is so much more difficult for them.

Simple assignments become slogs, projects are nightmare-fueled tasks and meetings become boring or nerve-wracking.

Everything causes them to stress or to become more apathetic, depending on what they value as a person.

That being said, if you find yourself avoiding work, find yourself day-dreaming about hurting yourself to leave work earlier or are just apathetic about it all, if you believe in TGIF, then you are likely on the wrong path.

It should not be that hard.

Not saying that it should be easy, nothing is always easy and there is no ‘Happily Ever After’ without at least a little bit of work, but your work, your studies, and your life should not feel like a burden.

Most days you should feel excited about what you are doing!

You should look forward to Mondays just as much as any other day of the week.

Your work should fulfill you, be in-line with your purpose and give you a sense of meaning for life.

If that is not what it feels like >50% of the time then you need to change something.
