Bad Habits You Should Stop Immediately To Lead A More Rewarding Life

  • Drinking Soda — The sugary drinks are addictive and fattening. You know how bad they are for you. Just don’t.
  • Fast Food — See above.
  • Watching TV — If you want to watch a movie or a show rent or buy it. Don’t waste your time watching TV where you get bombarded with ads that give you subconscious messages you don’t need.
  • Pointlessly Scrolling Social Media — Have a purpose to it or don’t do it. There is too much trying to keep you from living a good life on social media.
  • Living In The Past Or Future — Life happens now, and you can only affect it now. You cannot affect the past nor the future from this point in time. Live now, you won’t get another chance at this moment.
  • Doing Too Much — You will half-ass everything in an attempt to get these things finished and then will feel awful for not doing what you set out to do in the way you wanted to. Start off small, do one thing at a time, nail that thing, and then move on.
  • Justifying Your Behavior/Emotions — Do what you want to do for whatever reason you want. This is your life. You don’t have to justify it to anyone. No one is responsible for you other than yourself. That being said Be Responsible for your Actions!
