  1. Allow Yourself To Suck — You are a beginner, a white-belt, an utter novice at this. Allow yourself to be one. It is from there that you will find the actual path to grow.
  2. Daily Improvements — 5 Minutes a day is plenty to turn any weakness into a Strength. If you spend more time on it you will change it faster, but as long as you do just 5 minutes a day you will turn it into a strength eventually.
  3. Challenge The Weakness — Go outside your comfort zone as much as you can. Work on the weakness by diving deeply into it. Ideally you spend some time every day improving and some days allowing yourself to spend more hours in it. For this you must allow yourself to be weak first.
  4. Find A Different Point Of View — Maybe you cannot address the weakness directly. Sometimes you need to find a different way to stay on topic. For instance, if you hate a certain course because the content is boring or your work because the work itself is boring, you might still be able to focus on it by trying to improve your discipline or attitude. Use the Point of view to make your weakness a side-improvement.
  5. Get Help — Do not get the help that a professional would get but rather find tips to start out and start off small. You might want to be further ahead but if this truly is a weakness then…
