  1. Forget About The Opinions Of Others — All that matters is how you view yourself.
  2. Choose To Be Confident — In this moment, right now, choose to be confident. Say it out loud, repeat it twice, and watch your body language change.
  3. Be Brave — Go outside your comfort zone, test your fears and try yourself at something new every once in a while. Say ‘Yes’ to these things more often. Be courageous.
  4. Dress For You — Wear what makes you feel attractive and sexy, empowered and confident. Because, why not?
  5. Having A Powerful Intention — Is your Intention to be liked or to have fun? Is it to do well or to do your best? The goal determines the path.
  6. Remember That You Are Fine — You’ve overcame everything so far, so what is there to fear? You have a lot more proof of beating possible, negative events than you do of succumbing to them. Remember that.
  7. Don’t Disregard The Little Things — Keeping a clean home and doing your daily chores may not seem like much but it will add up quickly.
  8. Work On What Matters — We draw Self-confidence from the things that are important to us. The more we achieve in these things the better we feel and the more resistant we are to failure and embarrassment everywhere else.
  9. Accept Yourself — You do not need to change. In fact, you can’t. The only one you can be is you, so you best accept that sooner rather than later.
  10. Push Your Limits — It’s surprising how much self-worth you can get by showing yourself how far you can actually go.
  11. Work On Yourself — You can work on yourself while accepting yourself. Not because you have to but because you choose to and want to. Make that difference in your head and work on becoming who you want to be every day.
  12. Grow — As mentioned before, progress, more so than Intention or fakeness, is the easiest way to feeling empowered.
  13. Change Your Thoughts — What you think every day and how you view yourself affects you tremendously. Change both of those to make you feel empowered.
  14. Enjoying Everything — Everything can be fun, even the failures. All you have to do is embrace them and accept them rather than resisting them.
  15. Keep The Big Picture In Mind — Too often do we get dragged into unimportant details.
  16. Stay Busy — Stay so busy you have to say ‘No’ sometimes. This will keep the focus on your own agenda over others and will help you keep boundaries important to you. Take Responsibility for your life.
