  1. Forget About The Opinions Of Others — All that matters is how you view yourself.
  2. Choose To Be Confident — In this moment, right now, choose to be confident. Say it out loud, repeat it twice, and watch your body language change.
  3. Be Brave — Go outside your comfort zone, test your fears and try yourself at something new every once in a while. Say ‘Yes’ to these things more often. Be courageous.
  4. Dress For You — Wear what makes you feel attractive and sexy, empowered and confident. Because, why not?
  5. Having A Powerful Intention — Is your Intention to be liked or to have fun? Is it to do well or to do your best? The goal determines the path.
  6. Remember That You Are Fine — You’ve overcame everything so far, so what is there to fear? You have a lot more proof of beating possible, negative events than you do of succumbing to them. Remember that.
  7. Don’t Disregard The Little Things — Keeping a clean home and doing your daily chores may not seem like much but it will add up quickly.
  8. Work On What Matters — We draw Self-confidence from the things that are important to us. The more we achieve in these things the better we feel and the more resistant we are to failure and embarrassment everywhere else.
