  • Chase Your Anxieties — What are you anxious about? What would solve it? Money? Love? Companionship? Health? Whatever it is, do some work on exactly that area right now. It does not have to be a lot, but taking just one step makes you see that there are ways to solve your causes of anxiety and to step out of the world you are living in now.
  • Plan Your Day-To-Day — Schedule your time for tomorrow as best as you can. Start with the most important items first and then go to the less important ones until your day is full. Planning your time means controlling your time.
  • Meditate — Let your thoughts calm down. Meditation has been shown to reduce anxiety and overthinking but only if done regularly. Get into the habit of meditating 10 minutes a day plus any time you are feeling anxious.
  • Talk To Someone — There will always be someone awake at 4 a.m., especially online. Find some places you can chat with someone and share with them your thoughts. Just voicing them often helps to calm you down. If you cannot find anyone, voice them out loud to yourself in front of the mirror.
  • Exercise — Break a sweat. Go for a jog, do some jumping jacks, or just move faster for a while. When you break a sweat you release endorphins and feel-good hormones. These alone can help you to calm down and bring you back…
