  • Take A Deep Breath. Relax your eyes and the surrounding muscles. Most of the stress we have we harbor in the area around our eyes and forehead. Just one deep breath will give you a calmer mind so you can analyze the situation anew. Relax those areas and you will apply the Embodiment Theory in your favor.
  • Go Outside And Gaze At Nature. Just observe the world for a while. Do not give it any meaning or think anything of it, just observe. This will relax you and give you a lot of other insights that you never had before. Try it out. Find a nice spot to sit or stand and gaze around for about an hour. You will be surprised how much you know if you just took some time.
  • Imagine A Future Self. What would that future self tell you about today? Most likely they would tell you to relax, to be happy and not to worry so much about whatever is stressing you out right now. Just think about what you would tell your 3rd grade self who was so worried about that one test in school. What would you tell them if you could go back now? And why do you think this is any different from your future self and you right now?
  • Believe What You Want To. The truth is, if you look for it, you will find evidence and facts supporting almost any theory. Even facts, as they are today, might be wrong tomorrow. Physicists are not even truly sure…
