Comfort zones are our cruxes.

They are the stabilizers to our lives, the comforting blanket we know and love.

They hold us tightly, make us feel warm, safe and secure, and tell us everything is going to be alright.

Comfort zones are our homes.

We built a lot of things into our lives, from people to activities and things, some of which we like and others we do not.

Our comfort zone is a collection of the things we are most familiar with and the things we most often return to.

It is new, uncomfortable and filled with failures and pain.

Who would want to go out there?

By staying inside, however, we keep experiencing the same things we always have…
