Mental Strength, Resilience, Bounciness, Wisdom, and Maturity are often terms that go together.

When we think of one we often think of the others, because they all talk about the same thing.

Mental Strength is the ability to deal with the punches life throws, to bounce back on your feet quickly should you take a hit, and to stay on track in spite of whatever is happening on the sidelines.

It’s the boxer that gets back up to face life standing in the other corner, after being beaten down time and time again, after everybody told him to stay down, and after finding almost no way to win that shows true Mental Strength.

It is this boxer that has a goal in front of him and will not be dissuaded from that goal come what may.

We love this kind of mental strength when it is shown in high-level sports, when we read stories of heroes and heroines, and in our day-to-day life when we encounter people with a set intention and the will to follow through.

It’s these people that, in the world we live in, can stick to their habits with ease, that can smile in the worst situations and that you often find crushing everything they start.
