Do It Anyway — How To Live A Great Life Again With One Simple Trick

Many people nowadays live inside their heads.

They are so far in the future or so far in the past, so far in their thoughts of doubt, analysis, loathing, misery, that they drain themselves of all energy before they can even act.

If this sounds like you, you might also feel motivated.

You say a lot, think about the great things you should do, but end up talking your way out of it when it comes time to take action as you excuse yourself into not doing anything.

Later, you beat yourself up over it, make new commitments and start the cycle all over again.

Over time this simply ends up with you hating yourself.

Changing from that mindset and out of that lifestyle means that you have to force yourself to act.

I know you are thinking of countless reasons not to do it, but that all does not matter; do it anyway!

  • Agree with you the doubts that come up and work on it anyway — Whatever comes up accept it. Then add “But I will do it anyway” at the end.
  • Example: “I want to work out every morning, but today I just don’t feel like it, but I will do it anyway.”
