Do What Is Necessary

Who are you doing this for?

Why do you push yourself to do it?

What is the point of doing these “necessary” things if you have to “force” yourself to do them?

Isn’t the person you are doing this all for you?

And, if it is you, then why do you consider yourself having to “force” yourself to do them?

Do you not want to lead a better life?

Do you not want to be happier?

Do you not care enough about your future self to want to do more?

At the end of the day, everything you are doing is for you.

Some things may not be what you want to do, but the alternative that you get in not doing them would be even less desirable.

In this case, you want the result of that thing more than the result of not doing it.

Is that really forcing anything? Or is it a matter of caring for yourself enough to get a better life?

If that is the case, then why are you so focused on the action that gets you there rather than the life you create?

The point of these “necessary” things is so that you get what you want.

If you wanted anything else, you could take other actions and avoid those necessary things.
