End Procrastination — 14 Tips That Will Stop You Stopping Yourself

- Get Busy — Fill your schedule with things that get you out the house, things that improve your life, activities, work, hobbies, and whatever you can. White Space in your calendar is miracle fertilizer for laziness.
- Dream Big — The work to loose 5lbs starts the same way as the work to loosing 100lbs, but if you want to loose 100lbs then do that. Stop cutting your dreams short because you do not think they are realistic. You want what you want. Dream about everything you desire without holding anything back and then, work for that dream.
- Tiny Habits — 5 Minutes a day. That is all it takes. 5 Minutes, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. No exceptions. If you can do this with brushing your teeth you can do this with the habits that get you to the life you want as well.
- Positive Self-Talk — How you view yourself shapes how you see the world, interact with it and the results and opportunities you get from it. Make sure you empower yourself enough to love yourself and push yourself. Be your own best friend; the one that loves you but is tough on you when you need it.
