Fighting Depression: The Only Way To Change Your Life
There’s only one way: Commit to your own life.
You have to be willing to fight for yourself and to commit to giving your life a chance.
That does not mean that you have to try a lot, just that you give it everything you have, which does not have to be 100%.
If all you can give yourself today is standing up and brushing your teeth, then committing to yourself means you do that and just a little bit more.
It means you have to commit to giving yourself a chance by doing the things that you are not comfortable doing but know are good for you.
Commit to giving yourself a better life in the future, whatever that means.
After all: what other option do you have?
For most people this means one of two things:
- Blindly follow the things they heard are good for them.
- Pay someone to give them specific things to try.
Either you take some time to read advices online and blindly follow the advices that you think may work for you, or you hire someone that can give you personalized advices and follow that.
The point is not what you do but that you do something.
