Getting Out Of A Low Point In Life: Things To Remember & Watch Out For
Understand it is normal to feel low — Everyone experiences low points. Much like the weather throughout the year, your emotions cycle through certain seasons.
Some may last longer than others, but the order of them is always the same and you always see all of them throughout.
Every summer is followed by autumn, winter and spring. In this way, nothing bad and nothing good will ever last forever.
The point is not to get sunshine and rainbows all year round but to make the very best out of the season you are in.
Do not try to change the weather but commit to the season you are in.
Go big or small, but never in-between -There are always a few actions that can solve everything right away.
These are often extremely uncomfortable to take, require a lot of courage and are usually tasks no one else would do, but they do fix everything if they work.
Figure out how to get to these tasks and give it your best shot to attempt them at least every once in a while.
Search for the best solution, even if it is never the easiest.
The only alternative to that is to do a few, tiny tasks that are done daily and over a long period of time.
